STUDENT UNION PRESIDENT
"I am honoured to become your next Student Union President and would like to thank everyone who took the time to vote in this presidential election.
I am beyond excited to have the opportunity to lead the wonderful Student Union team for the upcoming year.
I am looking forward to engaging with people across campus and listening to your ideas, concerns, suggestions, and many more.

At the Annual General Meeting on the 25th of May at 16:00, following the requirements of the Constitution*,100% of the attendees voted in favor of the new structure proposed by the current SU President.
*31 students were present and voted
WHAT ARE THE CHANGES?
The changes suggested can be divided into three steps for the SU to be able to meet the students at Regent's University London's wishes and to enhance their student experiences.

The proposed structure was based on groundwork in two areas:
1. Students' feedback from the council
meetings and student reps.
2. Benchmarking 14 other universities, such
as MIT, St Andrews, LBS, and top NSS
CHANGE 3 OFFICER ROLES
The move of three roles was proposed to optimise the operations within the SU team.

By adding more roles to the SU team, the work will run more smoothly on a daily basis as well as an opportunity to increase the quality and quantity of activities and events.
