Stress is the feeling of too much pressure and it has a physical impact on our bodies. Stress hormones are the same ones that kick-start your body’s “fight, flight or freeze response. This response is helpful in an emergency by enabling you to react quickly. It is a natural reaction to life's challenges and we all get stressed at times from things like work, relationships and finances. Global Pandemics, ill health and the uncertainty they bring add another layer. 2020 has a lot to answer for...
