BE ACTIVE

Exercise isn’t just about keeping fit. Physical activity can help us think and feel positively - we sleep better, have more energy and can use our time exercising to be present in the moment or connect with others.

During Spring 2021 we offer our virtual be-active programme with daily activities. Make sure you join and have fun!
