Trips Terms and Conditions

Described and available for the students attending the trip during their booking process and before the trip.

All Trips leave from the Student Hub in Acland at the time mentioned on the hub

1) Be on time for our trips that start at the Student Hub. If you are late you may be cancelled from the list and not be able to join the trip with us. The delays cause problems with visiting times for everyone. If you need to cancel please let me know by email so I can remove your name from the list.

2) Please wear sensible shoes on our trips around London, as pavements and roadways can often be uneven, so no stilettos / platforms shoes if possible, as we will be walking around central London on hard pavements.

3) Please make sure you have a valid Oyster Card for our tour, topped up with enough money for our outward journey and return trip.

4) Bring Rainwear if necessary! Though the weather forecast is mostly accurate, it’s always a good idea to be prepared.

5) Do not bring large rucksacks or backpacks. We are visiting historic buildings full of valuable treasures and we must not break or damage them, also please be aware selfie sticks cannot be used in some museums and galleries.

6) Please bring any medication that you may need to take with you as the trips are last 3-4 hours long

7) Please take care of your valuables and be aware of your surroundings. On visits to busy markets, do not leave bags unattended or unzipped and do not leave wallets or purses in back pockets, where they could be lost or stolen in crowds. Distraction thefts, often take place in crowded shopping areas.

8) If you are separated from the group on a trip, for any reason we will only wait 20 minutes max. at a destination for you. And you will have to find your own way back to Regents University, as it is unfair to make the other students wait on a trip, and as adults you must have your own sense of personal responsibility
